What is the minimum loan size?

Do you lend on second charge?
Yes. We arrange first and second charge bridging loans. Second charge allows you to borrow against equity while keeping your existing mortgage in place.
Is adverse credit considered?
We work with lenders who consider light-to-moderate adverse credit on a case-by-case basis. Security strength and exit strategy matters more than credit history to most bridging lenders.
What security is accepted?
